RENTAL TERMS

​​By placing a rental order, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Please reach out to us if you have any questions during your rental experience and if you have additional questions regarding the information below to info@refindstyle.com.

Our goal is to have you happy and satisfied with our service while we each take responsibility in case something unfortunate happens.

  1. Once rented, you are responsible for taking care of the item. You agree to treat each rental piece/item with care and respect. You will be held responsible for any loss, destruction, or irreparable damage to the product beyond any regular wear and tear (small stains, rips, missing beads or buttons, broken zippers, or any other minor damages covered by our insurance). Refind Style reserves the right to determine whether damages exceed the regular wear and tear allowance.
  2. Please have your items professionally cleaned. If an item is damaged due to washing, you will be liable and you will be charged the full retail value of the product.
  3. Other than temporary hem tape, no alterations are permitted on the garments. Please do not alter the clothing. You will be liable for any seamstress fees to repair the alterations.
  4. Any items returned stained or damaged beyond repair will be charged at full retail value, in addition to any rental fees already paid. Rental insurance does not cover the loss of the item or irreparable damages, as we will need to replace the item and/or refund any future bookings for the item.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept cheque for Film, Television and Commercial Productions.

How do I return my rental?

  • Simply book the return pick-up online.
  • All items are to be returned in the same condition as they were received.
  • On hangers, in garment bags, and professionally cleaned.

What are the rental fees?

Items are rented out for a two-week term. If you go past your due date the account will be charged another two-week term until the items are returned.

Do you deliver outside of the Lower Mainland?

Not at this time. We deliver in the following cities of Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Surrey, and Langley.

Should I wash before returning?

All items are to be professionally cleaned. If this is not done prior to your return it will be done on our end and billed to your account.

Can I buy rental items?

Unfortunately at this time, our items are not for sale, only for rental.
